Jessica joined Jeffreys Henry at the start of 2022 as the firm’s first Chief People Officer. Jessica leads the firm’s strategic people direction and all people-related matters across the Group.
Jessica is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with an MA and BSc in Human Resources and IT. She is an award-winning people specialist, being proudly recognised as CIPD Kent’s HR Professional of the Year 2019. Jessica has over two decades of experience leading, advising and supporting on all aspects of people, change and organisational culture. She has held roles including HR Director across sectors including public bodies, IT and Outsourcing, to Professional Services. She is a passionate values-driven people professional, specialising in modern, forward-thinking engagement, authentic communication, employee relations, analytics, wellbeing and benefits.

From April 2022, it will be mandatory for all VAT registered companies, regardless of their turnover, to submit their VAT returns via Making Tax Digital (MTD). Up until this point, MTD VAT returns was compulsory only for VAT registered companies with a turnover above the VAT threshold of £85,000.
