Mark joined Jeffreys Henry in 2021 as Group Head of Technology. He supports the firm’s digital transformation journey, in addition to overseeing IT governance, systems management and application.
Mark has an MSc in Business and Organisational Strategy and spent his early career in electrical and electronic engineering and production analysis before moving into IT. Mark has held roles as Technical Manager and IT Director within Capita from 2005 to 2014 and was then appointed Group Head of IT within Eclipse, a direct marketing business, where he led the management and implementation of key technologies before moving to BizSpace in 2016.
