Success of our client care approach is demonstrated by our strong Net Promoter Score (NPS). Conducted by PwC in 2021, we achieved an NPS of +71, with 50% of clients scoring JH 10/10. This compares well against the industry average of +31.
The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction.
Clients describe areas of strength focused on client service such as client centricity, access to senior partners, and reliability of service. Comments were often made about how close clients felt their working relationship with JH is, and how grateful they are that they can ‘always pick up the phone’ when they have an issue or a question.
Our Capital Markets team is one of the UK’s leading auditors for small-cap companies listed on AIM, the London Stock Exchange, Aquis and other European markets.
With a total of 33 UK listed clients, and a further 15 listed on other European markets, we are ranked 10th in the league table of Total Stock Market Clients, having climbed the rankings rapidly since entering with just 2 listed clients.
Despite our push into the Top 10, the larger firms have long held a stronghold within this fiercely competitive and closely guarded market. Successfully disrupting this market is a huge achievement for a relatively small firm of our size.
This latest recognition follows the firm’s success in 2018, when our specialist Restaurant and Hospitality Team was awarded Specialist Team of the Year. The judges commented: “This team exudes a deep sense of confidence that comes from being embedded in its niche – hospitality – and knowing the industry inside out. It understands the unique challenges of this industry, tackling them in an innovative matter and displaying thought leadership in the process.”
The 2021 winners will be announced at an exclusive ceremony held in London on 21 October 2021.
