Jeffreys Henry International was founded in 1978, following a period of several years in which many of the initial members enjoyed informal working relationships. JHI membership stands at approximately 150 firms, representing over 130 cities in some 55 countries, with a total professional staff of over 4,000 and is ranked in the top 10 largest international accounting networks.
The majority of members are independent consulting firms committed to providing the highest quality professional advice to their clients.

Most members of Jeffreys Henry International are medium-sized, independent consulting firms; they co-operate through JHI with colleagues throughout the world, but always retain their practice independence.

THREE REGIONS, ONE GLOBAL ASSOCIATION. A TRULY GLOBAL NETWORK
JHI has three regions: Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
Each region has its own administrative office to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, arranging regular meetings and producing newsletters.
Each year, JHI holds an Annual General Meeting with delegates from all the regions.
ACCESS TO A GLOBAL NETWORK
JHI provides a global network for its individual members, so that when client firms need international contacts or information, these can be delivered easily and quickly. In this way, clients have immediate access to the whole JHI network.
Successful networking relies on efficient communications and JHI uses its own Intranet system as well as its website to make electronic communication as fast and easy as possible.
In addition, JHI holds a well-attended annual international conference with renowned guest speakers and technical workshop sessions, with the emphasis on IT, litigation support, international management & auditing standards and taxation.
