The firms history can be traced back to 1880, when the firm’s founder, Alfred Henry, was one of those co-opted to membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants when it was founded in 1880.
1927
The practice, which was then styled Alfred Henry Marks, merged with Sidney Jeffreys Hogg & Co, to become Jeffreys Alfred Henry & Marks.
1967
The firm merged with H.C. Rudolf & Co, and was thereafter styled Jeffreys Henry Rudolf & Marks
1970
Founded Jeffreys Henry International
1990
The name was shortened in November 1990 to what is now Jeffreys Henry.
2011
6 members of staff from Jeffreys Henry gave up their time on Saturday 19 November 2011 to count the pledges for children’s charity Rays of Sunshine and met JLS!


2012
Jeffreys Henry LLP awarded Reporting Accountant of the Year
by the Plus Stock Exchange (now known as NEX Exchange).
2013
Justin Randall invited to 11 Downing Street by George Osbourne.

2016
Jeffreys Henry LLP awarded the most hotly-contested trophy in the accountancy profession Mid-Tier Firm of the Year 2016 by the British Accountancy Awards.

Jeffreys Henry LLP launch bold new brand identity.

The new logo retains the iconic JH that represents the 120-year history of the firm but delivers sharper angles and a new signature red that matches the vibrancy of the firm and its clients.
